Prior to coming to Western Washington University in Fall 2001, Dr. Mottner completed her Ph.D. in Business at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with an emphasis on International Marketing. She holds an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and a B.A. from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia. Prior to completing her Ph.D. she was an adjunct faculty member for Old Dominion University, the College of William and Mary Baldwin College. She has 25 years of business experience in retail and general business management and marketing. |
